Our client is a recruitment firm specialising in the Human Resources market. They act as an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles. Their clients range from international financial institutions and blue chip companies to music publishers and major charities.

They are looking to recruit and experienced HR Recruitment professional for their office in London.

You will have had HR  Recruitment industry experience and any knowledge of their working sectors would be a distinct advantage. You will be experienced in dealing with a multitude of vacancies, candidate career management, headhunting and working on a contingency basis on behalf of their clients.

However a solid track record of personal success within other recruitment markets combined with a willingness to cross over to this sector is equally appealing to them as you’ll be focused on developing a successful business and enjoying the financial rewards that result.

You will work actively with a portfolio of clients and candidates in order to recruit to clients within the HR market in the local geographical area. You may have had previous experience of starting up a new desk and will relish the challenge that will result in you putting your name to something successful. Alternatively you may have established yourself already within this sector and be looking for the next step in your career. Either way, excellent career development opportunities are available to the successful candidate.

In return they offer good basic salaries commission and incentives.
