Searchfields client is a highly successful, privately owned organisation of independent companies that provide a complete human resource solution to clients in the construction, manufacturing and general engineering industries and to industry in general.

Due to an increase in demand for freelance and contract staff throughout London and the UK, they now require an experienced recruitment consultant to manage a busy temp desk.

You will be recruiting/hiring “white collar” construction and civil engineering staff including site Engineers, Foremen, Site Managers, QS’s etc…and be encouraged to expand the business to incorporate design staff such as Architectural and CAD technicians.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and a minimum of two years experience managing a construction temp desk in the UK or Ireland.

They have been in the recruitment business over four decades, REC registered, and offer basic salary plus uncapped commission structure.

Basic salary ranges from 25k to 30k depending on experience.
