Due to structured growth within their business they now have an exciting opening for a polished recruitment professional looking to break into their next recruitment opportunity.

You will work on some exciting projects for some of the UK's leading companies where your initial responsibility will be to develop a client portfolio; this will be achieved through the acquisition of new business and the account management of existing and previous clients. Alongside client management you will follow through on all candidate application procedures from initial interview through to placement.

Applications are being invited from recruitment professionals with between 1-3 years experience in a professional recruitment marketplace. It would be advantageous to have previously worked within a technology recruitment sector but not a necessity as training in that aspect of the role will be made available. However, it is important that you posses first class communication and presentation skills, a polished approach and the ability to liaise at all levels of business.

The successful candidate can expect a awesome base salary depending upon experience with an uncapped OTE of 40-70k in the first year plus additional incentives, perks and career prospects. They operate a very “reap what you sow” policy.

My client is prepared to pay a guarantee to the successful applicant, proof of  previous billing will be required.
