Our client is, a market leader in the provision of healthcare staff to public and private organisations across the UK is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager –Recruitment Business Manager to join the Doctors division.

Working from a central London location the successful candidate will be responsible for the development & growth of their team in relation to candidate sourcing, client business development and gross margin generation.

The successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate an excellent management record in any recruitment market, as experience in Doctors is not essential. You will also be able to demonstrate an excellent work ethic, professionalism and enthusiasm and motivation to succeed in a highly driven sales environment where excellent rewards are available to top performers.
